First, book a FREE 30min discovery call with me - we’ll discuss your goals and what you need to succeed. This consult gives us the opportunity to make sure we’re a good fit as a coach-athlete team.

Then, I’ll create a customized program for you that will help you achieve your goals.

I often hear from female athletes that their previous coaches didn’t listen to them, or understand when they talked about their periods.

This isn’t good enough. I believe periods and the overall menstrual cycle should be considered within training programs on an indivdualized level.

You are capable of performance in every phase - but we can make subtle adjustments to your training to elevate your ability to train hard and get the most from your body.
